Frequently Asked Questions

Zeroo Time watches include a 2-year international warranty which covers mechanical defects in the timepiece. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, external damage, loss, theft, or damage due to misuse. Timepiece must be purchased from an authorized retailer in order to be eligible for warranty.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept telephone orders. Zeroo Time watches can be purchased on our website, or from any of our authorized retailers.

We do not currently offer financing options but are working towards offering them in the future.  For financing options, please contact your local authorized Zeroo Time retailer.

Sales tax is calculated according to your state.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free 2-day shipping via FedEx. Overnight Shipping and Saturday Delivery are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that a signature will be required for all deliveries.

Orders take approximately 1 – 3 business days to process. Once processing has successfully completed, your order will ship and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Currently, Zeroo Time can only ship to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Expedited shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Items must be in original, new and unworn condition. Returns on items which have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within just a few business days.

Contact us with your order information to indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions. The original materials you received (watch, box, user manual, warranty card, etc) must be returned to us in full for your refund to process. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with full insurance and tracking services. Zeroo Time is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can work to rectify the issue.

With that in mind, we offer a comprehensive 2-year international warranty on any Zeroo Time watch that is purchased from an authorized Zeroo Time watch retailer. Our manufacturer warranty covers mechanical defects in the timepiece. The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, external damage, loss, theft, or damage due to misuse.
